Meet the Team

Appraiser
Richard Brian Hearne
Richard Brian Hearne is a Texas State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Mr. Hearne began his appraisal career in 1998 and has focused solely on residential appraisal in Texas. Prior to the founding of CVG, Mr. Hearne was a partner in a statewide appraisal firm responsible for training appraisers and managing USPAP compliance. In addition, Mr Hearne has also been involved with the Foundation Appraiser’s Coalition of Texas (FACT). FACT monitors and affects the regulation of the appraisal profession through legislation, education and communication. As part of his participation in FACT, Mr. Hearne worked closely with other state holders in the creation and implementation of Texas AMC legislation.

Cheryl Dillis
​Cheryl Dillis has 13 years of experience in Appraisal Management. She has developed a professional style based on excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues, and maintain customer loyalty. Ms. Dillis has taken educational classes in appraisal theory and practice to further her knowledge of the appraisal industry and its guidelines. Prior to entering the appraisal management field, she worked as a Travel Advisor in the Hospitality industry for 10 years gaining valuable skills in customer relations and effectively managing multiple client accounts, projects and deadlines.
