What We Do

Capitol Valuation Group, LLC provides residential real estate appraisals for lenders and individuals.  We have extensive experience with a wide array of property types, including Single Family Residences, Condominiums, Vacant Land, Investment Properties, 2-4 Family Residences, and Multi-Million Dollar Properties.  Additionally, we provide appraisal types ranging from Mortgage Financing to Foreclosures.  Please see the Services page for more detailed information regarding Property and Appraisal Types and our Coverage Area.

Customer Service

Our dedicated office staff strives to maintain fast and friendly customer service.  Inspection appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of receiving appraisal orders, and most reports are completed within 24-48 hours after inspection.  We provide timely updates on inspections and report delivery, as well as notify clients of any issues noted during the property inspection.  We carry full E & O Insurance coverage.  MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for payment.
